Seedi is Sepedi for light or brightness which is inspired by the name Lucia, Itumeleng's first name. Damilola's name and the Oladeji surname represent wealth as a blessing in Yoruba. Bringing these two cultures together to invoke the blessings we desire for our future birthed Seedileola, light and wealth.
Our Story
Where We Began
What started as a simple "hello" on OkCupid, has come to change who we both are. We found ourselves on a dating app and talked endlessly about some of the topics others would consider boring. We met like it was a business meeting, not knowing it would lead to a lifetime contract. We were friends by mid-2020, lovers by early 2021, and partners by 2022. Our love is expressed in time, moments, and connecting to a shared vision of life.
